Knee Surgery

Okay, it's rather boring to tell fifteen people at work the same story about the procedure, but it's the only thing going on in my life right now. I am on the mend as my knee continues to improve on a daily basis. I would recommend arthoscopic surgery to anyone who may think that this would be a way to alleviate joint pain due to a torn meniscus or arthritus ( I never suspected that, but at my age... one never knows). Yesterday, I went swimming at Bothe State Park for a couple of hours. The leg/knee felt strong hiking back to my car. I will get my stitches out next Monday and I hope to be able to run long distances pain free after that. We shall see....
